Sociolinguistics Study of Contemporary Arabic in the Age of Innovation of Information Technology

这项研究由五位学者协调，探索了以区域研究为导向的研究课题，重点关注“当代阿拉伯语”在当今信息革命和大众传播发展中所扮演的政治社会角色。当代阿拉伯语是在阿拉伯世界的民族国家建设和现代化进程中形成的，它反映了语言环境与社会政治转型之间的微妙联系。然后，本研究首先讨论了标准阿拉伯语（Fusha）和阿拉伯语口语/方言（Ammiyya）这两种语言与社会认同和社会运动（如伊斯兰运动）的关系。2011年以来，阿拉伯语在阿拉伯革命中的作用也根据情况进行了审查。经过这些研究，作为我们“当代阿拉伯语”项目工具的阿拉伯语词典数据库也得到了改进。

This study was coordinated among five scholars and explored area-study oriented research subjects with focus on the politico-social role now being played by' Contemporary Arabic' in the midst of today's information revolution and mass-communication development. Formed in the process of nation-state building and modernization in the Arab world, Contemporary Arabic has reflected tenuous links between linguistic environments and socio-political transformation. Then this study firstly dealt with relations of the two types of languages, Standard Arabic(Fusha) and Colloquial/Dialect Arabic(' Ammiyya), with social identity and social movements such as Islamic ones. The role of Arabic in the Arab revolution since 2011was also examined according to situations. After these researches, the data base for Arabic dictionary as a tool for our' Contemporary Arabic' project has been improved in addition.
