Chiral Memory Using the Property of Organic Crystals

利用有机晶体的性质开发了一种新的绝对不对称合成方法。考察了不同条件下的结晶情况，阐明了结晶过程中分子结构、晶型和晶体结构的变化。此外，我成功地控制了手性晶体中表观手性分子的外消旋速度，并有效地将其引入到光学活性产物中。我还利用由结晶诱导的非对映异构体转化(CIDT)控制的手性记忆发展了高度非对映选择性反应。

New absolute asymmetric synthesis using the property of organic crystals were developed. Crystallization under various conditions was examined and was clarified a change of molecular structure, polymorphism and the crystal structure. Furthermore, I succeeded in controlling the rate of racemization of the apparent chiral molecules in the chiral crystals, and leading it effectively to the optically active products. I also developed the highly diastereoselective reaction using chiral memory controlled by crystallization induced diastereomer transformation (CIDT).
