Creation of rehabilitation for dementia

本研究的目的是为适当的药物和康复治疗改善痴呆症状提供新的思路。我们已为安老院舍及长者健康院舍的住客、长期预防性护理门诊康复服务的受试者及社区长者进行干预研究。干预与脑激活康复的5个原则相关联，改善了痴呆症的症状：认知功能，日常生活活动和生活质量。部分研究为随机对照试验。我们的研究结果表明，脑激活康复对痴呆症是有用的。

The purpose of the study is to create new idea that appropriate medicine and rehabilitation improve the symptoms of dementia. We have carried out intervention study for residents of Residential Care Homes and Geriatric Health Facilities, subjects in Outpatient Rehabilitation for Preventive Long-Term Care and community dwelling elders. The Intervention, associated with 5 principles of Brain-activating Rehabilitation, improved the symptoms of dementia: cognitive function, activity of daily living, and QOL. Some of the studies were carried out as randomized controlled trial. Our findings suggest that Brain-activation Rehabilitation for dementia is useful.
