国連は、2005年から2014年までの10年間を「持続可能な開発のための教育の10年」と位置づけ、さまざまな取り組みを行っている。また,平成24年度に完全実施となった中学校家庭科の学習指導要領では、少子高齢化や食育、持続可能な社会の構築など、社会の変化に対応する視点から内容が再構成され、「環境」の内容を他の学習内容と相互に関連を図りながら総合的に展開することが明示された。本研究は、「食と環境」をテーマに,「持続可能な社会」を他者と共に築こうとする市民性を持った生活者を育成するために,地域や企業と連携した家庭科教育の授業の題材及び教材を開発・実践することを目的とした。研究では、ドイツのバイエルン州ユネスコ環境保護区レーン地方でのフィールド調査で得られた情報(地元の企業や農家と共に行った「地産地消」や「気候変動と朝食」の授業や教材)を参考に題材開発を行った。その際,食育に携わっているニチレイのCSRグループや安心・安全にこだわる地域の企業,静岡大学の教員との連携を研究代表者がコーディネイトした。社会資源を活用して完成させた新題材は,本校研究発表会や日本家庭科教育学会東海地区研究助成W・G,浜松市教育共同研修会や浜松市中学校家庭科サークルで報告・発信した。また,新たに開発した題材を公立学校の教師に当該校の生徒の実態に合わせて実践してもらい,本校の研究発表会でその成果を報告してもらった。今後の課題は二つある。一つには,実践後の生徒の変容について明らかにすることである。もう一つには,このような教育展開のための人的条件(教員の資質向上・確保と外部人材との協働)や、管理運営(コミュニティにおける参画・協働を促す学校マネージメントや、教育行政の支援体制、教育の質保証を図るための仕組みなど)といった教育の諸条件について、国内外の現状を把握して課題を明らかにし、カリキュラム構築に具体化することである。今後も研究を重ねていきたい。

G., the Hamamatsu City Education Joint Seminar, and the Hamamatsu City Junior High School Family Science Conference are reported. In addition, new topics were developed for teachers in public schools, and the results of the school's research were reported at the school's student implementation meeting. The next issue is two.
