昨年度行った「実際作業遂行時の知的障害者が遂行困難な課題要件」の調査結果を基に,課題遂行困難性の原因を検討した.特に,二重課題の遂行困難性が注目された.実際の作業環境においては複数の課題を同時に処理することを求められる状況が多いため,二重課題遂行の困難性について原因を検討することは,知的障害者の認知処理に関する基礎知見を得ると共に,知的障害者の作業指導に役立てることが可能と考えられるためである.知的障害者1名(28歳,男性,右利き,裸眼で生活に支障のない視力,全体IQ=35程度(言語性IQ=48,動作性IQ=40弱))を対象に,前述の調査結果から得られた「知的障害者に特に遂行困難な課題」を遂行させ,動作分析と課題分析を行った.なお,この実験に際して,インフォームドコンセントは得られており,実験者と実験参加者の間にはラポールが形成されていた.課題は小さなプラスチックバッグ(100mm×60mm)にキャラメルを2つ挿入し,シーリングするものである.健常者であればほぼ全ての者が遂行可能であるが,調査結果では73.9%の知的障害者がこの課題を遂行することができなかった.実験では上記課題を20試行遂行させた.統制参加者(27歳,男性,右利き,裸眼正常視力,知的障害なし)とパフォーマンスを比較した結果,統制参加者が全試行時間の11.5%で二重課題を遂行していたのに対し,知的障害参加者は0.3%でしか二重課題を遂行しなかった.分析の結果,左右の手で別課題を同時遂行できないこと,両手協応が困難なことがその原因であることが示された.また,それぞれの課題要件遂行間(例:つかむ-手元に戻す)に停滞があり,次動作のプランニングの問題(認知レベルでの問題)が二重課題を困難にさせている可能性が示唆された.今後の課題として,動作に関するプランニングと二重課題パフォーマンスの関係について検討する必要性が示された.

Based on the results of the survey conducted last year, the reasons for the difficulty in implementing the project were discussed.
