Application and Development of Tentative Screening Test for Clumsy Children with learning Dfficulties.

自Walton及其同事在60年代早期发表经典论文以来，笨拙儿童一直是许多描述性临床研究的主题（Walton et al.1962）。最近，各种各样的筛查方法被开发出来，用于评估可能笨拙或学习困难的个别儿童。本研究的目的在于开发特殊教育需要的笨拙儿童筛查测试，以便设计和实施适当的运动方案。为了实现上述目标，我们分析了神奈川县Y市75,092名小学生的研究数据。通过对141份问卷的因子分析，初步发现了三个影响因素（笨拙、学术和行为）。为了将这些结果应用于CCST，我们在一个暂定方案中设置了三个由40份问卷组成的领域。在CCST的回答率方面，笨拙儿童组与正常儿童组有显著性差异（t=8.22, p<0.001）。结果支持了CCST问卷调查的有效性，表明表现出笨拙的儿童需要特殊的运动活动。

Clumsy children have been the subject of a number of descriptive clinical studies since the classsic papers of Walton and colleagues in the early sixties (Walton et al.1962) . And recently a variety of screening methods have been developed for the assessment of individual children who may be clumsy or learning difficulted.The purpose of this study was to develop the Screening Test for Clumsy Children with special educational needs, so that appropriate movement program can be designed and implemented.To achieve our above aim, We analyzed the reaearch data of 75,092 elementary school children in Y City in Kanagawa Prefecture. And Factor Analysis of 141 questionnaires in preliminary research revealed chiefliy three factors (clumsiness, academic, and behavior) . In order to apply these results to CCST,We set up the three areas consist of 40 questionnaires in a tentative plan. In comparison with rate of answeering in CCST,there was a singnificant defference between Clumsy Childrens'group and Normal Childrens'group (t=8.22, p<0.001) .Results support a validity of questionnairs in CCST and suggest that the children who showed clumsiness are in need of special movement activities.
