Bone Dynamic Reaction to Zirconia Ceramic Implant Under Loading

本研究的目的是阐明氧化锆种植体的骨组织反应。本研究选用Beagle犬，随机分为3组(第1组：临床愈合3个月后植入上层建筑，第2组：在实验期内卸载种植体，第3组：种植体安装后即刻加载上层建筑。对3组种植体周组织进行临床和组织学(形态)检查。第3组临床表现为轻度牙周炎，颊侧缘骨质丢失明显。组1和组2在此期间获得健康的种植体周围牙周组织和直接骨-种植体界面。骨标记从负荷期的角度解释了骨反应的差异。这些结果表明，安装后的初始卸载对于获得健康的种植体周围牙龈和直接的骨-种植体界面可能是必不可少的。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the bone tissue reaction to zirconia implant. Beagle dogs were selected in this study and they were divided into three groups (Group 1 : Implants were loaded with superstructures after clinical healing period of 3 months, Group 2 : Implants were unloaded during experimental period, Group 3 : Implants were loaded with superstructures immediately after installation. Clinical and histological (morphological) examinations were applied in these 3 groups to evaluate the peri-implant tissues. In Group 3, slight gingival inflammation was persisted clinically and marginal bone loss of buccal side was obviously shown. In Group 1 and Group 2, healthy peri-implant gingiva and direct bone-implant interface were obtained during the period. Bone labelling explained the difference of bone reaction from the viewpoint of the loading period. These results suggest that initial unloading after installation may be essential to obtain healthy peri-implant gingiva and direct bone-implant interface.
