Research on the Youth Community Education for the solution of School Refusal Probrem

从1992年9月起，日本青少年每个月的第一个星期六都不上课。文部省的初衷是为了让在校儿童在繁忙和可控的教育日程中保持冷静和镇定。这一教育体系的制度变革介绍了日本社区儿童社区教育的成长和进步，与学校系统合作。拒绝上学的孩子将有可能更容易地参与社区教育计划。与学校教育和社区教育相结合的社区志愿活动可能是拒绝体系化学校儿童发展的替代方案。

From September 1992, the Japanese youth has not have school in the first Saturday in every month. The Ministry of Education intended that this just increase of free time makes school children get "yutori" which means being calm and composed leaving from busy and controled educational schedule.This institutional change in the educational system introduces the growth and progress of community education for children in Japanese community in cooperation with the school system. It will be possible for the children who refuse to go to school to more easily participate the program of community education. Volunteer activity in the community practiced in cooperation with school education and community education may be the alternative for the develoopment of the children refusing systematized school.
