In this study, firstly we research several organizations in order to classify risk management problems at medical service organizations, and to clarify support features with communication tools. As the result, we focus on lifestyle-related disease as a specified risk, and health-care departments at universities as a medical service organization. We research and develop health-care support system and examine field tests, and certify the results.
