项目摘要

(1) From the way of being of the powers of 院, I understood the characteristic of the palace, the structure of the city space and therelation of the region between Toba, Shirakawa, and Saga.(2) The characteristic of the space structure of "Capital" as new base of the 織豊 regime was examined through the relation to the tradition of the imperial palace.(3) To consider the characteristic of "Capital" in the Middle Ages from wide view, "Ryukyu kingdom" at the same time in the world for the China sea was researched concerning the import and the spread of environmental thought of China. Realitiess of the construction of the Zen sect buddhist temples and maintenances of the urban landscape in the capital, etc. with a national meaning from the viewpoint of solemnity at the 首里, "Capital" of "Ryukyu kingdom". The realities of the rise of the Buddhism was able concretely to be solved in especially the 15th century by a detailed analysis of sentences written on stone monuments and temple bells. The intercourse of the east Asian world is an intercourse between not only the nations but also cities.(4) To understand the characteristic of "Capital", I thought about the interactions between "Capital" Shuri 首里 and Naha 那覇, and interactions between Kyoto 京都, Hakata 博多, and Sakai 堺, and interrelations between central cities and local center cities.(5) From a viewpoint of the historical comparison of city, the maps and the document materials of Sapporo, especially Sapporo of the beginning were collected. Because Sapporo is called the first Colonial City of Japanese modern ages. And, up to now, the criticism of historical materials in the map hardly performed had been executed and the development process of "Capital" of Hokkaido (In a sense, it can be said the capital) was verified strictly. The base compared with the characteristic of "Capital" in the Middle Ages was made.
