本研究は,現在の日本における法的サービス獲得機会の分布とそれが市民の法使用行動に及ぼす影響を実証的に解明することを目的とする。調査結果からは、欧米の先行研究の知見とは異なり、教育歴や収入、職業といった社会階層的要因が市民の法使用行動に及ぼす直接的影響は、全般的には確認されなかった。他方、相談機関と当事者との地理的・空間的近接性が市民の法使用行動に重要な影響を及ぼしていることが確認された。これらの知見は、現在進行中の総合法律支援制度の整備にとっての重要な政策的含意と新たな研究課題を示唆する。

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the use of action and behavior in the civil service law in Japan. As a result of the results of the study, Omega conducted a study on information, education, and vocational education, which were directly related to the use of action and training in the public sector, as well as full-scale recognition. The other party and the parties concerned are responsible for the proximity of the geographical space. The citizen method is used to confirm the location of the geographical space by using the action-related important information and the relevant information. We are aware of the current legal support system, and the implication of the "important" policy of the current legal support system is the suggestion and instigation of the new research project.
