本年度の研究目標としては,可換余可換な因子環のなす4つ組に現れる内部構造(パラグループの絡み具合い)を明らかにすることを掲げていました.研究目的達成のための情報交換,収集の場として,関数解析研究会,作用素論・作用素環論研究集会,などの研究集会に参加しました.また,他大学での集中講義(東大,Kac環について,山之内氏(北大)などの勉強会にも出席しました.東北大での関数解析グループによる研究会での発表に加え,私は,お茶の水大での「Hopf環とKac環」(重点領域)で,‘Kac環と4つ組'というタイトルで,今年度の進展について発表しました.それらの一部については,‘Remarks on commuting co-commuting squares'というプレプリントを準備しました.ここでは,可換余可換な4つ組に対し,Longoのcanonical endomorphismを考えることで,それら拡張の諸性質を見通しよく与えました.また,これら内容の基になる論文2本について,印刷校正の段階を経ました(裏面).さて,今年度の研究目的の中で,実現できなかったものもあります.例えば,Kac環の基本作用素を用いた作用余作用についてです.これらについては,今後も研究を続けたいと思っています.また,今年度の研究費で購入したコンピューターの,ネットワーク関連での利用についても今後の課題としたいと思います.
