Researches on the northern studies have been conducted among universities, museums and research institutes in China, Scandinavian countries and Canada. The purpose of the research was to collect information on the current trends of northern cultural studies and to establish an international network for the exchange of scientific information.In China, Inner Mongolia University and Inner Mongolia Museum were visited.
