Study on Reorganization and Location-Allocation planning of Day Facilities for the Elderly

构建完善的社区养老设施网络是即将到来的老龄化社会的重要主题。在这一系列的研究中，作者作为建筑规划和城市规划的专家，提出了社区日托、老年人日间服务设施的设施类型重组和位置分配规划。本文的主要研究结果如下：1)对老年日间设施使用者的生活自理属性进行了调查，并对其典型模式进行了分类。2)调查老年人日间设施中用户日常生活活动的实际情况，探讨这些设施类型学重组的可能性。3)以TAMA新城和东京世田谷区为例，采用仿真方法考察社区老年日间设施选址规划的可能性。4)针对即将到来的老龄化社会，探讨了日本老年日间设施重组的可能性和位置配置规划。

Making up the substantial elderly's day-facilities network for the community is very important theme for the coming aging society. In this series of studies the authors, specialists of architectural planning and city planning, proposed reorganization of the facility typology and location-allocation planning in the community of day care, day service facilities for the elderly.The main results of this paper are as follows.1) ADL attribute of the users in elderly's day facilities were examined and the typical patterns of them were classified.2) The actual situation of the users' daily living activities in elderly's day facilities were investigated, and the possibility of the reorganization of these facilities typology was discussed.3) The possibility of the location-allocation planning of the elderly's day facilities in the community was examined by simulation method, targeting TAMA New Town and Tokyo Setagaya Ward as case studies.4) Possibility of reorganization and location-allocation planing of the elderly's day facilities were discussed for the coming aging society in Japan.
