IN-SERVICE TRAINING OF TEACHERS FOR DEVELOPING SCIENCE EDUCATION IN PREFECTURAL EDUCATION CENTER

本研究回顾了县教务中心层面的学校、社区与大学在职教师培训伙伴关系的建构。首先，回顾了日本县教务委员会或教育中心与大学、公司或县行政机构合作的在职教师培训。然后讨论了县教育局或教育中心与企业或大学或非营利组织之间的合作伙伴关系的构建，以支持教师和学校。可见，地级市教育中心的作用十分重要。教育中心的主要作用被认为是对科学教育起到指导作用，目前为止，例如教材的开发等，但在不久的将来，它有望在其社区内的其他教育系统之间发挥协调作用。

This research reviews the construction of partnership among schools, community and universities in-service teacher training at prefectural education center level, First, reviewed is the in-service teacher training in Japan in cooperation with universities, companies, or prefectural administration practiced by the prefecturel board of education or education center. Then discussed is the construction of partnership between the prefectural board of education or education center and companies or universities or NPO for the support of teachers and schools. It is clear that the role of prefectural education center is very important. The main role of education center is thought to serve as instructive function for science education, so far, for instance, the development of teaching materials or so, but in the near futures, it is expected to have coordinative function among other educational systems in its community.
