To approach the effective management strategies to reinforce team competency, we conducted a series of empirical studies. At the beginning, we developed a teamwork measurement scale and clarified key factors related to teamwork advancement. Then we elucidated organizational qualities to foster team resiliency which retrieved motivation to achieve team goals even when they failed or faced happenings that was out of assumption. Further, we observed and examined communication behaviors in organizational teams particularly and proposed a process model that contained an emerging phase that realized sharing mental models and implicit coordination among members.

为了探讨提高团队竞争力的有效管理策略，我们进行了一系列的实证研究。一开始，我们编制了团队合作测量量表，明确了影响团队合作发展的关键因素。然后，我们阐明了培养团队韧性的组织素质，即使在团队失败或面临超出假设的事件时，团队弹性也能恢复实现团队目标的动力。此外，我们对组织团队中的沟通行为进行了详细的观察和考察，并提出了一个包含新兴阶段的过程模型，该模型实现了成员之间的共享心理模型和隐性协调。
