Development of new treatments for children with intractable infections such as chronic active EB virus infection and virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome have been demanded. We establishmed EB virus specific human CD4, CD8 T lymphocyte. We confirmed the EB virus specific CD4, CD8 T lymphocyte have cytotoxicity for LCL cell line.
