Core wholesale stores have coordinated many small manufactures in the traditional knife industry. But in these days it has changed because wholesale stores have lost their competitiveness, while some companies in the new knife industry have achieved economies of scale and scope by pursuing rationality and flexibility in their business. They have used trade network system like an OEM production system, but it is not enough for long time growth. It is important to make innovation and diversification to build a corporate brand.
