Behavioral economic research on food producers and suppliers for food safety

在本研究中，我们从实证行为经济学的角度，结合心理学的方法，阐明了以下几点。首先，分析了高原农田施肥行为、农牧一体化条件下的饲料接触服务生产行为和公共牧场中心利用行为，以明确影响这些行为的因素。其次，我们评估了温室栽培农户新技术引进心理与行为的关系，以及日本和越南奶农个性与动物卫生管理行为的关系，以及奶牛场主观贴现率与动物卫生管理行为的关系。最后，从食品安全的角度，从识别日常农场管理行为与第六产业发展的关系、浓缩饲料管理、仓储饲料质量与奶牛健康的关系等方面，明确了技术条件。

In this study, we clarified following points from empirical behavioral economics point of view which incorporate with psychological method. First, we analyzed the behavior of fertilizing of up-land farm, the behavior of feed production with feed contact service under crop-livestock integration system and the behavior of public pasture center utilization, in order to clarify the factors which have influences on those behaviors. Second, we evaluated the relation between the psychology and behavior of new technology introduction of greenhouse cultivation farmer, as well as the relation between the personality of Japanese and Vietnamese dairy farmer and behavior of animal hygiene management, and the subjective discount rate and the behavior of animal hygiene management of dairy farms. Finally, in the perspective of food safety, we clarified technical conditions from identifying the relation between behavior of daily farm management and development of sixth industry, as well as the relation between management of concentrated feed, quality of storage feed and health of dairy cow.
