An empirical study on Social Capital of Self-Help groups of Parents who have Futoukoji(School absentees).

本研究得出以下三个发现：1)自助团体与其他组织的关系决定了他们应对失学和与重要人物接触的信息。2)无论社会网络在组织层面的差异如何，社会资本在失学家长自助群体中都发挥着连接/桥梁社会纽带的作用。在这些自助团体中积累的社会资本具有双重功能。(3)自助群体成员根据自身目标，将社会资本作为社会资源来使用。新手成员倾向于使用桥接社会资本来应对Futoko作为“问题”。另一方面，长期参与团体的经验丰富的成员倾向于使用粘合社会资本来承认他们的生活是有价值的。

This study concludes that there are three findings as follows : 1) what information about coping with Futouko(absent from school) and contact with important person are determined by relation of self-help groups to other organization.2) regardless of difference in social network on organizational level, social capital functions as bonding/bridging social ties in each self-help groups of Parents who have Futokouji(school absentee). Social capital accumulated in these self-help groups has double function.3) members of self-help groups use social capital as social resources according to their object. Novice members tend to use bridging social capital for coping with Futoko as "problems". On the other hand, experienced members who have participated in the groups for a long time are inclined to use bonding social capital for recognizing their life as valuable one.
