项目摘要

本研究は、学習者がどのように日本語の音声（特に習得が難しいとされる特殊拍と拗音）を認識しているかを文字表記による書字情報という先行研究になかった観点から検証する。具体的に以下の点を調べる。(1)同一の学習者から聴取、発話、表記のデータを収集することにより、学習者は文字表記による情報を音声的な情報とどのようにマッピングできているかについて検証する。(2)文字表記による情報がある場合と無い場合に音声習得に違いがあるか、縦断的にデータ収集することにより文字表記は音声習得を促すか明らかにする。22年度は、関西外国語大学に留学中である初級日本語学習者約30名からデータを収集した。調査の流れは①プレテスト（聞き取りテスト）を行い、 ②3週間のトレーニング（日本語の音の単位とひらがなの対応を明示的に説明したレクチャーと練習を１0分、週２回）その後③ポストテストを行った。テストでは、同じ単語（例、しゅくだい）の書き取り（文字データ）、ディクテーション（聴取データ）、読み上げ（発音データ）の3種類のデータを収集した。その結果、以前のパイロットスタディの結果同様にディクテーションテストを通して聴取の向上が見られた。しかしながら、向上が見られず習得が難しいと思われる組み合わせ（拗音と長音）も明らかになった。引き続き、その難しさの要因とレクチャーの方法の改善を精査していく。
