EFFECT OF HYPOXIA ON INTERSTITIAL METABOLITES & SKELETAL MUSCLE BLD FLOW IN OSA

In this study the investigators will test the hypothesis that the neurovascular response to hypoxia is altered in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The investigators will measure the effects of 10 minutes of acute hypoxia on muscle sympathetic nerve activity (neural vasoconstrictor signal), vasodilator and vasoconstrictor factors released in the interstitium and limb blood flow in patients with OSA and in controls.
