Max Condo Club Mobile App (MCC Mobile App), is a useful resource and tool available to managers andstaff so they are always able to access, analyze, and collaborate on relevant condo data. UEG's goal is to have a safe and appealing repository for information and communication. This allows condo managers to centralize their management style along with other components that will be integrated into the application for a manager'suse. Using a screen to manage and display these tools, features/user-types that will be included are: 1) Security Guard/Concierge access which allows for scanning of packages, parking, amenities, payment, inspection, and service requests. 2) Superintendent access which allows for read access and permission to close incidentreports. 3) Property Manager access which allows for full access to all the features (read, write, and update). 4) Other Staff access which is read only access. This application ensures that condo owner's goals are aligned withthe staff members and tasks for the superintendent, assistant, and contractors are managed properly. It enhancesproperty management style cost-effectively without having to use any third-party resources.
