Elementary English Activity Curriculum Developing by International Co-operation Using Three Distance ICTs

以视频会议、小组讨论和电子邮件为交叉媒体，通过与泰国大学的国际合作，研究了小学外语活动教师发展课程的构建方法。远程合作英语活动课是在国际上和组织上进行研究的，研究对象是在导师老师的指导下在KUE和泰国RU之间的研究生院的学生。利用小学生的意识数据分析了课程开发的过程。通过研究，掌握了以远程ICT媒体为交叉媒体进行课程创新开发的方法。

Multiple-3 distance ICT medias; Video-conferencing, Groupboard and e-Mail were used as the Cross media, the method to build the teacher developing curriculum of the elementary school foreign language activity was studied by international co-operation with Thailand university. The distance collaborated English activity classes were studied internationally and organizationally with the graduate school students between KUE and Thai RU under the mentor teachers as the research colleagues. The procedure of curriculum developing was analyzed by the consciousness data from pupils. As the result of the research, the method on innovated curriculum development by using the distance ICT media as the Cross media was grasped.
