项目摘要

1. Three-year project has been conducted in the following procedures and outcomes.Based on the initial purpose, this project tried to clarify theoretically and positively the transformation and effect of undergraduate curriculum reforms in universities and colleges after the introduction of deregulation policy of university chartering requirement.2. In 1998-99, research was carried out by several research subgroups dealing with the problems of institutions, academic staff, core curriculum, foreign trend of curriculum reform, and academic staff's organizations.3. In 1999-2000, questionnaire surveys on academic staff and students were conducted in 16 national and 5 private institutions.4. In 2000-01, several meetings for final analysis of three-year research was taken place and also results of analysis was reported at the Japan Association of Educational Sociology held at Hokkaido University. Final report was prepared to report to Ministry of Education.5. The project clarified the ineffectiveness of undergraduate curriculum reform with respect to the following facts, proposing their reconsideration : establishment of ideal ; formation of curriculum ; academic staff organization for teaching ; share of ideal among academic and non-academic staff and students ; fruitful education of students by effective teaching ; discrepancy of mutual understanding between academic staff and students.

1.本研究在三年的时间里，按照以下步骤和结果进行：基于最初的研究目的，从理论和实证两个方面对大学特许办学条件放宽政策出台后，高校本科课程改革的转变和效果进行了研究. 1998-99年，几个研究小组进行了研究，涉及机构、学术人员、核心课程、国外课程改革趋势和学术人员组织等问题。1999-2000年，在16所国立和5所私立机构对教职员工和学生进行了问卷调查。2000- 2001年，在北海道大学举行的日本教育社会学协会上，举行了几次三年研究的最终分析会议，并报告了分析结果。编写了最后报告，以向教育部报告。该项目从以下几个方面澄清了本科课程改革的无效性，并提出了反思：理念的确立;课程的形成;教学的学术人员组织;学术人员与非学术人员和学生的理念共享;有效教学对学生的教育成效;学术人员与学生之间的相互理解差异。
