本研究では平成元年度より、統語的あいまい文を素材として用い、音声分析および合成音声を用いた知覚実験を通じて、日本語および中国語の統語的あいまい文の理解を決定する最も重要な韻律的要因を解明してきた。これらの研究成果をもとに今年度は次のような研究を実施した。1.これまでの研究で得られた結果が本当に妥当性をもつかどうかを検証するため、特に日本語について、自然な連続発話を音声分析し、統語構造と韻律的特徴との関連について考察を加えた。その結果、深い統語境界においては、FOの顕著な立て直しが必ず存在するが、必ずしもポ-ズがおかれるとは限らないということが確認された。2.外国語として日本語を学ぶ中国人学習者の日本語の発話の音声分析を行い、統語構造と韻律的特徴の対応を考察した。その結果、中国人学習者の日本語の発話においては、FOの立て直しの有無やその程度についてかなり不自然な部分が多いことがわかった。3.日本語音声教育を念頭におき、標準語の韻律表記法の試案を検討した。その際いわゆるFOの立て直しを語アクセントパタンとは別に表記できるよう創意工夫した。

This study aims to clarify the most important prosody factors in determining the prosody of Japanese and China in terms of the first year of Heisei language, the material of Chinese and traditional language, the use of sound analysis and the use of synthetic sound. This year's research results will be implemented. 1. The results of this research are as follows: the appropriateness of Japanese language, the natural connection, the sound analysis, the structure of traditional language and the characteristics of prosody. The result is that there is no such thing as an open door, a closed door and a closed door. 2.
