项目摘要

1.この研究では「一般の平面領域における有理型関数の値分布論」の中でも、「非孤立」な真性特異点をもつ有理型関数とその存在領域の特徴づけについて研究するため、解析学研究者のみならず、幾何学,代数学,応用数学の研究者が、それぞれの役割を分担し協力して、広く総合的に研究できたことは有意義であった。2.一般の存在領域をもつ有理型関数の特徴・値分布についての資料を調べるため、多くの研究所・大学へ資料収集に行き、歴史的に貴重な論文から最新の情報に至るまで集め、人夫を使って系統的に分類・整理できたことは新しいアイディアを生むための基礎的作業として大いに役立った。3.研究分担者がそれぞれの役割に基づく知識をもちより、定期的に討論・セミナーを開くと共に、関連分野からの専門的知識の提供を受けるため、積極的に研究集会へ参加し、研究連絡・討論できたことは、新しい知見・成果を得るために有効であった。4.新たな成果:まず真性特異点の集合としてはCantor集合を考えた。そして、Eの補集合で有理型で、Eの各点を真性特異点としてもつ有理型関数の「存在」と「値分布」を考えた。孤立特異点の場合の「Picardの定理」の一般化として、「Picard集合」の理論がある。(松本理論)この更なる一般化として、「例外分岐をもつ有理型関数では、Cantor集合Eの各点を真性特異点としてもち、Eの補集合で例外分岐をもつ有理型関数は存在しえないというCantor集合がある」という結果に続いて、例外分岐よりもっと広い正規有理型関数について、「その存在領域は上記の場合と大きな違いがある」という著しい結果を得た。更に、非有界な正規有理型関数の零点・一点の分布状態を調べると面白いと期待される。5.購入した図書は有効に利用した。
