项目摘要

The purposes of this study are : 1) utilizing multimedia computer technology, to develop/create CAI courseware to help nursing students learn the basic knowledge and skills that all the nurses should have mastered before starting their job, and 2) to prove the validity of the multimedia CAI courseware in nurse-education.Incorporating multimedia materials into the courseware was the most time-consuming and technically difficult part of the project. It took much more time than expected to develop and revise and improve hardware(measurement tools and recording equipment, and the like) and programming software.The following are the finding from the classroom use.1) all the students studies and worked with the CAI courseware thus developed mastered 100% the materials covered in the courseware, thus achieving the educational goal.2) With the courseware aiming at the mastery of skills such as measuring blood-pressure, students can repeat the work with the courseware as many times as they like. This gives the students the feeling of having really worked and of satisfaction of achieving the satisfactory result.3) After studying with the courseware on national examination of nurses have shown a remarkable improvement of their test scores.4) No significant difference was found in the effectiveness of the CAI courseware among universities, colleges and schools for nurses. This shows the usefulness of CAI courseware at all institutions.
本研究的目的是:1)利用多媒体计算机技术,开发制作护理专业学生上岗前应掌握的基本知识和技能的计算机辅助教学软件;2)验证多媒体计算机辅助教学软件在护理教育中的有效性。开发、修改和改进硬件(测量工具和记录设备等)和编程软件的时间比预期的要长得多。以下是从课堂使用中的发现。1)所有学生学习和使用所开发的多媒体课件100%地掌握了课件中的材料,从而达到了教育目的。2)针对测量血压等技能的掌握,学生可以根据自己的喜好多次重复使用该课件。3)使用《护士国考》软件学习后,学生的考试成绩有了显著提高。4)护理院校、专科护士、专科护士在学习效果上无明显差异。由此可见,计算机辅助教学软件在各院校的应用效果。
