Construction of Target Objectives of Information Literacy and Development of Teaching Programs for Student's Information Literacy based the Constructionizm.

本研究的目的在于建构信息素养的目标，并以建构主义理论为指导，开发学生信息素养的教学方案。信息素养的目标是建构信息知识，信息媒体操作技术和信息态度的教学模式，在小学、初中和高中阶段逐步建构信息活动，并在此基础上，提出了信息活动教学计划的模式。通过对小学生信息素养的培养，使小学生的表达技能、沟通技能和对信息的态度发生变化。

The aims of this study are to construct of target objectives of information literacy and to develop teaching programs for student's information literacies based the constructivizm.The target objectives of information literacy are constructed information knowledge, information media operationg technique and information attitude.The information activities are constructed gradually in elementary school junior high school and high school.Then the models of teaching programs for student's information literacies in elementaly school are developed.The programs effected for the change of student's presentation skills, communication skills and attitude to the information.
