A Study of Developing the Curriculum for Integrating Informatics Education: A Learning Information Literacy Program for Students and Teachers

一项新的学习课程将于今年年初在日本生效。它强调“信息素养”的发展，但我们关心的是教师如何为改革做准备。本研究的目的是为学生发展一个学习计划，以帮助他们整合信息学教育到非学科领域的教育。在本文中，我们首先阐明了信息学教育的学习者的特点。其次，提出了综合问题解决能力和信息素养培养的教学设计要点。第三，我们建议教师培训计划。试验实施的结果表明，仅仅解释信息学教育和教师的经验教学设计程序是不够的，他们准备将其整合到他们的教学。这项研究的另一个方向将是审查哪类培训对哪类受训者有效，并探讨如何更好地鼓励他们采用新方法的战略。

A new Course of Study will come into effect at the beginning of this year in Japan. It emphasizes the development of "Information literacy", but we are concerned about how teachers will prepare for the reform. The purpose of this study was to develop a learning program for students to help them integrate informatics education into non-subject-area education. In this article, we first clarify learners' characteristics for informatics education. Second, we propose key points in instructional design to synthesize the development of problem solving ability and information literacy. Third, we suggest a teacher-training program. Results of trial implementations suggest that merely explaining informatics education and having teachers experience instructional design procedures is not adequate to prepare them to integrate it into their instruction. A further direction of this study will be to examine what types of training are effective to which types of trainees and to explore strategies that provide them with increased incentive to adopt a new approach.
