Comparative Studies of the Relationship between Vocational-Professional Education and Recruitment-Employment Systems in Japan, Germany, and P.R.China

本研究课题旨在从国际比较的角度厘清职业职业教育与就业、就业获取制度的关系结构。初期由2名德国人、1名中国人等11名研究员组成，外籍研究员逐渐增加。我们试图从三个方面进行研究和分析，一是从学校方面“与工作活动结合”的实践入手，二是从第三组织的职业调解和职业指导入手，三是从公司方面的就业和培训体系入手。2002年的《中等和高等教育实习》中间报告完成了两项主要任务。但是，在那之后，我们的研究方法从系统论逐渐修正到过程论的取向，并最终汇聚到“从学校到工作的过渡”这个子主题上。这个修改后的话题被编辑了，副标题是“在日本、德国、美国和中国从学校到工作的过渡”。此外，与此相关，一些划时代的成果，“德国职业生涯教育；获得寺田的《二元制度的传统与变迁》和《自由者=劳动者的生活方式》。

This research topic aimed to clarify the relation structure between vocational-professional education and employment and job acquiring system from the view point of international comparison. Members consist of eleven researchers including two German and one Chinese in the early stage, but gradually has increased the foreign researchers. We tried to research and analyze the topic from three aspect, the first is approached from practice concerning "combination with working activity" at school-side, the second is from job mediation and vocational guidance at the third organization and the third is employment and training system at company side. Two main tasks had been accomplished in the intermediate report "Internship at the secondary and higher education levels" in 2002. But, after then, our research approach has been gradually amended to the orientation of process theory from system theory, and in the result, we converged on the sub topic, "transition from school to work". This revised topic has been edited with sub title "transition from school to work in Japan, Germany, U S America and China". In addition and relation to it, some epoch making results, "Vocational and Career Education in Germany ; Traditions and Changes in the Dual System" by Terada and "The Life Style Free-ter=Worker" are attained.
