Examination of Human Resource Development from the Viewpoint of the Work Style at Japanese affiliated Companies in China

本研究考察了在中国环境下，什么样的工作方式能增强日本关联公司的竞争力，以及日本关联公司如何招募和开发适合其竞争力和管理环境的人力资源。为此，日本、中国和德国的学者分别以日本、德国和中国的企业为主要对象进行了实地研究。该研究小组访问了北京、天津、大连、上海、苏州、香港、深圳、广州、重庆和成都。

This research has examined what kinds of work style strengthen the competitiveness of Japanese affiliated companies in Chinese environment and how they can recruit and develop human resources suitable for their competitiveness and managerial environment. For this purpose, field study, mainly targeting Japanese, German and Chinese companies, was conducted by Japanese, Chinese and German scholars. This research team visited Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Chengdu.
