A reconsideration of the ruling system of the French Absolute Monarchy : bureaucracy, police and justice

本研究的目的是从官僚主义、警察和司法三个角度重新审视法国君主专制的统治体制。为此，我研究了Maréchaussée，一个农村警察部队和一个皇家特别法庭。作为这项研究的结果，我强调了在马雷绍塞实行专员制度的重要性，并展示了马雷乔塞的上诺曼底公司官僚作风的现实。但在关于警察和司法的研究中，仍然存在一些问题。这些都是未来分析的主题。

The aim of my study was to re-examine the ruling system of the French Absolute Monarchy from 3 points of view : bureaucracy, police and justice. For that, I reseached on the Maréchaussée, a rural police force and a royal special court. As a result of the study, I emphasized the importance of introducing a commissioners system in the Maréchaussée and showed the realities of bureaucracy in a maréchaussée's company of Haute-Normandie. But there remains issues in studies both on police and on justice. These are subjects for future analysis.
