Autobiographical memory sometimes induces depression. Self-disclosure and self-focus may mediate and moderate the relationship between autobiographical memory and depression. This study examined the process. Self-disclosure decreased depression. Self-focus is divided into rumination and reflection. While rumination enhanced depression, reflection decreased depression indirectly.

自传体记忆有时会导致抑郁症。自我表露和自我关注在自传体记忆与抑郁的关系中起中介和调节作用。本研究考察了这一过程。自我表露减少抑郁。自我关注分为沉思和反思。沉思能增强抑郁，而反思能间接降低抑郁。
