项目摘要

本研究は、美術鑑賞学習における思考過程をメタ認知するように支援するアプリケーションを開発し、その効果と課題を実証的に考察するものである。具体的には、すでに開発した紙媒体の美術鑑賞のメタ認知支援ツールをタブレットで使用できるデジタルツールに発展させるためにSwiftUI等によるアプリケーション開発を行う。特に学習者が鑑賞での発話をディクテーション機能によって自動テキスト化し、そのデータを活用して鑑賞行為のモニタリングとコントロールを支援するシステム構築を目指している。令和4年度は研究の第一段階であり、第一の課題として設定した、美術鑑賞における思考をメタ認知するための支援方略の理論的フレームの検討を進め、アプリケーション開発と実践につなげる基本的フレームの明確化に取り組んだ。特に鑑賞者が作品のどの要素(主題、表現性、造形要素、スタイル)に注目し、どのような鑑賞行為(連想、観察、感想、分析、解釈、判断)をするのか、という鑑賞スキルの視点(石崎・王, 2006)をメタ認知的知識として活用することで、鑑賞者のモニタリングとコントロールを促す支援方略を精緻化した。その成果の一部は、Visual Inquiry: Learning & Teaching Art、ならびに『美術鑑賞学習における思考の可視化と深化』(東信堂)において発表した。さらに、鑑賞スキルを活用したメタ認知の支援方略モデルと美術鑑賞での思考の深化を促す基礎的フレームを包括した仮説モデルを検討し、iOSディバイス用の鑑賞支援アプリを試作した。また、コロナ禍における日本の美術教育の動向について、デジタルツールを活かした大学での取り組みの事例を国際シンポジウム「2022臺灣跨域美感教育國際論壇」(台湾、招待、オンライン)において発表した。
