本研究では、災害後の長期にわたる生活復興を捉え、その過程における被災者の行動と心理の変容や、分岐・選択等の時系列的展開およびその類型群の解明を目的としている。将来の災害に備え、長期的な視野からみた生活復興上の課題把握および知見の蓄積は不可欠と考える。令和4年度研究実績では、東日本大震災を事例に、災害後の生活復興過程における援助行動・援助要請行動・被援助行動に着目した内容分析をおこない、それらの行動の違いから生活復興状況の分類を試みた。また、各行動の時系列的な変化と、その関連要素の特定をおこない、情動や価値観の抽出を図った。研究結果では、各世帯の対応フローをもとに、援助要請行動・被援助行動・援助行動・その他の3（プラス1）層に分けた可視化を通して、援助行動をめぐる各世帯の特徴を把握し、その類似性から世帯を3グループに分けられることが分かった。具体的には、(1)援助多群、(2)援助・被援助バランス群、(3)援助要請・被援助多群、の3つである。援助多群は、地域に関連する愛他・援助行動が多くみられ、地域活動を通して支えられたと感じてきた世帯群であった。愛他心による状況対応、地域への対人対応、状況コントロールが多くみられ、援助要請行動でも状況対応から状況コントロールにつながっていた。しかし災害から数年を経て見捨てられた感覚を持つようになったのも同群であった。援助・被援助バランス群は、対家族・親族の援助行動が多く。自己コントロールの高低や援助要請・被援助行動が多様である世帯群である。親族との関係から、高い対人資源活用力につながっていた。援助要請・被援助多群は、自宅被害に関連する援助要請・被援助行動が多くみられた世帯群である。同群では、援助要請行動をおこなうことにより対人資源を活用していながらも、状況コントールができず、生活苦となっていた。
