项目摘要

Canada's Smartest Kitchen (CSK), food product research and development center at Holland College in Prince Edward Island has extensive experience working in International cuisines. The Côte-à-côte Group and Mirvest International Corporation (MIC) aim at ensuring the supply, processing, distribution, marketing and R&D of high quality seal meat and seal oil products. This research project would involve a collaboration between CSK, Côte-à-côte and Mirvest International Corp. to determine the potential for seal meat used in products with Asian and other flavour prints. This project would conduct research and development into new potential food products and processing methods better targeting the Korean and Chinese markets. This would be the first collaboration between Canada's Smartest Kitchen and Côte-à-côte group.
