RESEARCH ON TEACHER DEVELOPMENT RELATED WITH COPING STRATEGIES TO CHILDREN ATTITUDE AND BEHAIVIOR

学生问题行为的最新趋势表明，小学和初中学生的人数越来越多。然而，从教师应对策略的角度来看，关于这一问题的经验证据却很少。本研究旨在探讨小学生问题行为辅导教师能力的成长。第一次是1994年向香川和爱媛县的1600名小学和初中教师发放的。第二次是1995年在德岛、高知、香川和爱媛县向1600名教师提供学生指导。获得了以下结果。(1)青年教师需要掌握课堂教学的知识和技能。(2)对于小学生的问题行为，老教师需要在课内外采取严格的应对策略。(3)因此，我们建议应提高教师辅导学生的应对策略。

Recent trends in pupils' problem behaviors reveals that there are a growing number of elementary and lower secondary school students. Nevertheless, there exists little empirical evidence concerning the problem from the standpoint of teacher coping etrategies. The purpose of this project was to clarify the growth of teacher competence for student guidance related to pupils' problem behaviors.I administrated the two questionnaire surveies. the first was given to 1600 teachers at elementary and lower secondary school in Kagawa and Ehime prefectures, 1994. the second was given to 1600 teachers for student guidance in Tokusima, Kochi, Kagawa and Ehime prefectures, 1995. Following findings were obtained.(1) young teachers need to aquire the knowledges and skills for classroom teaching.(2) Veteran teachers need to proceed with the strick coping strategies with pupils' problem behaviors at classroom and out-of-classroom.(3) we propose that it shoud be improving the coping strategies in teacher competence for student guidance.
