To improve the quality of clinical care and to promote the continued education for nurses in their professions, this study was conducted to develop a learning system for a long-term master's course in nursing.The details of this study are follows :Chapter 1.The present state and subjects of continued education for nurses in Japan-Significance of the development of curriculums for a long-term master's course in nursing-1.
