项目摘要
This study chose nursing techniques that you should evaluate in adult nursing, and it develop of evaluation program to clinical nursing competence for adult nursing with OSCE in basic nursing education, which made attainment of nursing techniques. We carried out OSCE for students of second years and third years, and evaluated OSCE from a multiple viewpoint. As a results of them, we developed of evaluation program to clinical nursing competence for adult nursing with OSCE in basic nursing education.
本研究选取成人护理中应评估的护理技术，并在基础护理教育中与欧安组织合作，制定成人护理临床护理能力评估方案，实现护理技术的实现。我们为二年级和三年级的学生开展了欧安组织活动，并从多个角度对欧安组织进行了评估。在此基础上，与欧安组织共同开发了成人护理临床护理能力评价方案。
