Analysis of association between GHG reduction and social transition

研究了减少住宅和商业部门温室气体排放的路线图。在本研究中，路线图不仅包含技术措施，还包含由技术引发的社会转型。研究了技术转型与社会转型的关系。在此基础上，提出了地方政府建设低碳城市的管理方法。

Roadmap for reducing Greenhouse Gas Emission from residential and commercial sector is studied. In this study, the roadmap contains not only the technological measures but also social transition which is triggered by technologies. The relationship between technological transition and social transition is investigated. As a result of this study, methodologies of management to establish low carbon cities by local government is proposed.
