Protection of ischemia-reperfusion injury in intestinal transplantation by EGF and ischemia preconditioning(IPC)

由于缺血预处理（IPC）大鼠同种异体肠移植模型的建立失败，我们又进行了另一项实验，即夹持肠系膜上动脉第一分支10分钟，再灌注30分钟作为缺血预处理的替代方法。在这两种替代的实验方法中，都考察了EGF适当的给药时机或给药途径，但至今没有得到可靠稳定的数据。

Creation of rat model of isogeneic intestinal transplantation with ischemic preconditioning(IPC) failed, thus we performed another experiment that clamp of first branch of the superior mesenteric artery for 10 minutes followed by reperfusion of the artery for 30 minutes as an alternative method for IPC. In this alternative experimental methods, adequate timing or administration route of EGF were examined but no reliable stable data were not obtained so far.
