樹状細胞を用いた癌特異免疫療法において、併用する各種抗癌剤の適量について検討した。その結果、抗癌剤単独では最も効果が高いとされているMTD (maximumtolerated dose)よりも低い濃度で、併用効果が高いことが判明した。またその時のマウスの骨髄抑制を検討したところ、軽度から中等度であった。以上から、樹状細胞療法と抗癌剤の併用を臨床応用する場合は、軽度の骨髄抑制を指標として抗癌剤の量を調節することが重要であることが示唆された。ombination in VEGF-targeted and-non-targeted anti-angiogenesis therapya。
