The research project on assessing government efforts to rebuild public trust in government from a comparative perspective tried to investigate the relationship between citizens and government with empirical survey. The surveys conducted in 2011 and 2012 enabled to collect rich data on performance assessment of government activities in the post March 11 earthquake weeks. Research findings are already widely shared through publications in JPSA journals and in various international journals.
