OPAL-RT Technologies Inc. is currently receiving increasing demand from its customers all over the world requesting accurate phasor measurement unit (PMU) models on its real-time simulation hardware/software platform Hypersim. This situation is due to the extensive applications of the wide-area monitoring and control (WAMC) technology in recent smart grid development.
