Qualitative approach on the Internet utilization

本研究的目的是了解学校互联网使用的质量。采用一种图像投影技术和媒体对包括互联网在内的媒体的偏见、感知和态度的方法，收集了来自日本和中国的约7000名学童的数据。本研究的结果是：[1！0]纸质媒体具有较高的信息功能[2！0]使用媒体的图像具有肯定和否定功能[3！0]电子媒体具有有用的信息功能和积极的社会态度[4！0]对话在社区形成和情感利用方面具有较高的功能使用互联网的学校相比不使用互联网的学校在信息功能上具有更高的功能。我们构建了使用互联网的儿童使用互联网的数字档案袋评价系统，其中儿童使用自我评价，教师使用了相互评价和家长评价，并发现它在定性评价中是有用的。同时，我们开发了从小学到高中的媒体素养课程，并将这些课程与互联网利用的发展联系起来，以实现丰硕的生活。

The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of the Internet Utilization at school. Using the method of a kind of picture projection technique and media preconception, perception and attitude toward media including the internet, we gatherd about 7,000data from school children in Japan and China. We compared these data between the internet using school children and not using the internet one.As a result of this research, we fined the following,【1!○】 printed media have a high information function【2!○】 image using media have a affirmative & negative function【3!○】 electronic media have a useful information function and affirmative & social attitudes【4!○】 conversation have a high function in community formation and affective utilizationSchools using the internet point a high function in information function in comparison with the school not using the inte met.We constructed the digital portfolio evaluation system using the internet where children used self evaluation, teacher used mutual evaluation and parent evaluation and find it usefulness for qualitative evaluation. At the same time, we developed a curriculum for media literacy from elementary school to high school and related these to the development of internet utilization for fruitful life.
