平成24年5月30日までに、研究代表者の齋藤は非特異不分岐な不確定特異点を持つ放物接続（線型微分方程式系）のモジュライ空間と対応するリーマン・ヒルベルト対応が解析的同型であることを示す論文を稲場道明とまとめた．この論文により、対応するモノドロミ一保存変形の誘導する微分方程式の幾何学的パンルヴェ性が示され、その特別な場合として新に4 つのタイプのパンルヴェ方程式のパンルヴェ性が厳密に示された．また、同様な問題で確定特異点のみを許す放物接続でスペクトル型を決めたときのモジュライ空間の構成と、リーマン・ヒルベルト対応の幾何学を稲場とともに確立した．現在論文を準備中である．また、Frank Lorayとともに、射影直線上の階数2 の放物接続のモジュライ空間の二つの自然なラグランジュアンファイブレーションについて、その幾何学的構造を明らかにした．これは、F. LorayやC. Simpsonとの共著論文におけるパンルヴェV I 型の結果を拡張したものである．S. Szabo とともに、見かけの特異点とその双対を用いた標準座標の一般論を確立し、さらにいくつかの例を学術研究員の田原と数式処理システムで計算した．分担者の吉岡は、代数曲面上の偏屈層のモジュライ空間とそブロ―アップした代数曲面上の層のモジュライ空間の関係を詳しく記述する方法を確立した．また、ベクトル束のモジュライ空間の因子のmovabe coneについて研究した．分担者の望月拓郎は、ワイルドな調和束と純ツイスターD加群について、重要な結果を得ているが、それを多くの結果と関係づけた．
