BSC Global Inc is a global hardware technology solution provider. They collaborate with various corporate,
industry and reseller partners in order to provide value to their customers and achieve product accessibility. In
order to accelerate their growth and for future planning, it has become necessary for them to gather, collect, and
consolidate data from their partner retailers. They wish to develop an AI tool to make recommendations of
various products and lead assignments based on the data that they collect everyday. In preparation of that, in
the current project, they have approached Durham College (DC) to develop a dashboard for the company in
order to better coordinate these activities and consolidate their data. As a result of this dashboard they will be
able to manage their existing complex multivendor and multiplatform IT ecosystem. The dashboard will enable
the management of the company to uncover significant opportunities for growth and consistency.
