**Women on the Move (WOM) are working closely with the world's largest Mining and Metals companies and the leading women entrepreneurial associations related to Women in Mining, across Canada and Chile. The mobile application, Pro-Connect-Pro, that they are proposing to develop in this project will go to the market with a focused and integrated approach that leverages these existing relationships. Once a successful model is established in the Mining and Metals industry, the model will be expanded for the Technology, Manufacturing and Financial sectors that also have a pressing need to diversify their supply chains with Women Entrepreneurs. This mobile app will provide global access to business information and data in an easy-to-use visually appealing and intuitive way for women on the go. This will help WOM to better serve its existing clients as well as acquire more female professionals resulting in the company's revenue growth.
