**For past 18 years, No Problem Movers has been offering trusted and cost effective solutions including residential moving, commercial moving, vehicle moving, and senior moving along with other services like packing, unpacking, and junk removal. They have approached Durham College to develop and integrate an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) supported dialogue agent -Smart Assistant, to improve users' experience. By employing this Smart Assistant to answer routine queries, the company will be able to reduce the volume of their emails and calls directed to support staff, making this process more time-efficient. The proposed system aims to not only boost the user experience, but also to reduce the response time for customer queries. In addition, this Smart Assistant will enable the company to generate more tailored quotes for their customers and lessen the wait time on calls by approximately 30% to 40% and will allow the employees to focus on more strategic work. The outcome of this project will not only affect Canadian economy positively as mentioned above but will also develop the highly skilled workforce necessary in this increasingly connected labour market.
